Service-Learning Proposal Description

1.

Briefly describe the project and the community need to be addressed.

Answer Sherman Elementary is seeking a volunteer to design and produce their 2024-2025 yearbook.

2.

What is the mission of the agency or organization?

Answer Sherman is a public elementary school and is part of the Eau Claire Area School District.

3.

What skills are required for this project? 

Answer Volunteer must be a strong writer and editor and have a good eye for design.

4.

What are the objectives for the student learning and service?

Answer We are looking for a student who with strong organizational and design skills who can work independently as needed.

5.

What are the availability requirements for the student?

Answer Very flexible with hours. Student can probably work remotely on the project as needed.

6.

Additional information (not required).

Answer We'd love to share more information on how a student could run with the project for their portfolio!
