Service-Learning Proposal Description

1.

Briefly describe the project and the community need to be addressed.

Answer Habitat for Humanity has requested our help with several of its documents and communication processes. Specifically, students will be writing donor solicitation letters and donor thank you letters. They will also be auditing Habitat's website and writing a comprehensive report recommending upgrades and improvements to the site so that it is more effective as a communication tool. As part of the report, students will also help Habitat choose effective communication tools for its messaging (e.g., website vs. social media vs. print materials).
