Service-Learning Proposal Description

1.

Briefly describe the project and the community need to be addressed.

Answer Helping fulfill our residents day through activities.

2.

What is the mission of the agency or organization?

Answer Our mission is to interact with out memory care residents and assisted living residents. Music, stories, crafts etc.

3.

What skills are required for this project? 

Answer Clear speaking and understanding our residents needs.

4.

What are the objectives for the student learning and service?

Answer Learning to teach, singing, puzzles, reading and patience.

5.

What are the availability requirements for the student?

Answer Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 11:30 am

6.

Additional information (not required).

Answer Our memory care residents love to do any activities, as do our assisted living residents. They love company of others.
